iBelieve is a network powered and led by HCL Tech women. This volunteer network has both men and women as members, and believes in building Relationships Beyond the Contract with the larger ecosystem. The network is committed to enabling 100,000 girl students and women by the year 2020 by equipping them with skills and resources for their career and personal advancement.
Aligning ourselves to global trends and our own business objectives, we are committed to framing gender inclusivity and advancement at the core of our strategy, and iBelieve is a monumental step in that direction. The strength of this idea lies in the fact that it is an initiative powered and championed completely by the women of HCL who have voluntarily taken up the onus of empowering other women in the larger ecosystem.
